Established in 1987, the Virginia Limousine Association (VLA) is a non-profit 501 (C) 6 trade association. As such, our mission is to create and promote a stronger relationship and understanding between legal owner/operators, Department of Motor Vehicles, other government agencies and the public and to work toward the betterment of the transportation industry.
The Virginia Limousine Association is governed under the VLA Bylaws and ascribes to the VLA Code of Ethics to promote confidence and growth in the limousine industry across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The VLA is governed by a Board of Directors. VLA Board members serve two-year terms commencing with the announcement of election results in April of each calendar year.
