Mission Statement

Established in 1987, The Virginia Limousine Association (VLA) is a Non-profit 501 ( C )  6 trade association. As such, our mission is to promote a stronger relationship and understanding between legal owner/operators, VA Department of Motor Vehicles, other government agencies and the public to work toward the betterment of the Chauffeured transportation industry.

The Virginia Limousine Association is governed under the VLA Bylaws to promote confidence and growth in the chauffeured transportation industry across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The VLA fosters and promotes the success and greater credibility of our members

Education and Safety

Fair and Equitable regulations

Promote Professionalism and Ethical Behavior

Assure each member has equal standing within the organization

Amplify the industry impact through a global level affiliation with similar trade organizations
